You agree to not use or make any information shared with you during the discussion available to anyone for any other purpose. The terms of this agreement are solely for the benefit of Alta Lake and no other person, party or entity shall have rights as a third party beneficiary of any of such terms and provisions. Except with regards to maintaining the confidential nature of the discussion, you shall not be bound by any of the other terms or conditions.

You agree to provide 30 minutes of consultation services via phone or video chat. Payment will be made via PayPal. All payment is U.S. dollar denominated. We will not accommodate other payment methods. Payment will be made within 1 business day of the consult.
